For almost a hundred years before his uncle , and then my wife’s dad, we made bread in the same premises where today we work , and our biscuits are made with the same manual process and with the same recipe that they have handed down . ‘ ‘

A Cormòns, un piccolo paese della provincia di Gorizia, in Friuli, a pochi chilometri dall’Austria, la dolcezza è di casa da sempre: veniteci a trovare e scoprirete che per avere un’infarinatura delle nostre tradizioni basta entrare in un panificio vecchio di cent’anni e andar per assaggi.
Gusterete biscotti appena sfornati dai nomi strani ed antichi, pronti a sorprendervi con sapori dimenticati.

”Abbiamo un panificio tramandatoci da generazioni, e solo da qualche anno vendiamo i nostri biscotti anche al di fuori del nostro negozio.
Da quasi cento anni prima lo zio, e poi il papà di mia moglie facevano il pane negli stessi locali dove oggi noi lavoriamo, ed i nostri biscotti sono fatti con lo stesso procedimento manuale e con la stessa ricetta che loro ci hanno tramandato.”
